I am still getting use to them! Because I want them for my golf shoes but can’t fit my feet so I have them in my sport shoes!

The orthotics are OK but the shipping is slow. Comes directly from China!

They are good but would like a higher arch support…they included a heal support that I have fixed to the arch to try make bigger. Lets see if it helps>>>

Trage diese Einlagen seit gut zwei Wochen, konnte aber überhaupt noch keine Verbesserung meiner Plantarfaszitis feststellen. Hoffe es geht noch was in der nächsten Zeit.

You definitely need time to adjust to the insoles. I feel more comfortable walking but the pain and swelling in my ankles is still there. I’m sure that with some more time these symptoms will be gone as well.

I don't recommend for wide feet. The side of my foot and my pinky toe hang off the edge. I can feel it and its annoying. Because of the bulk, my shoes are now too small. I have to buy a larger size shoe

Ich verwende die Einlagen in verschiedenen Schuhen und auf unterschiedlichem Gelände. Dafür, dass es Solen mit Fußstützen sind, ist mir die Fußstütze nicht ausgeprägt genug (dafür hatte ich die Solen gekauft). Der Fuß hat noch zu sehr die Möglichkeit, zu kippen. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass dieselben Kunststoffeinlagen in allen Solen verwendet werden. Bei der Größe 47 bräuchte es daher größere Einsätze. Die Stütze für das Fußgewölbe sollte folglich ausgeprägter sein. Ansonsten bekommt man für das Geld viel, die Solen sehen gut aus und passen gut in die Schuhe.
