The othotics were posted out and received very quickly. Unfortunately they don't work for me. I have very flat feet and they don't support my foot properly and have made my hips and knee hurt more. I have sent an email and waiting for a reply back and to see if they stand by their refund.

Can I rate you 0 star. They were never delivered and I reached out to your customer service who gave a generic email and no help. This took my money, didn’t deliver the product and won’t refund my money. Would not use this company.

Lange Lieferzeit. Einlage viel zu hart im Fussgewölbe. Schmerzt bei jedem Lauf. Billige Drop Shipment Ware. Interessanter Weise werden nur “Ja ich bin zufrieden” Klicks in der email zu Trustpilot geleitet. Klicks auf “Ich bin nicht zufrieden” führen zu “Seite nicht gefunden” Auch eine Art Bewertungen zu schönen.

If your over weight and flat footed these arch support will collapse, just like any of the other cheaper brands , what they advertise is not what I got the arch support part is just soft rubber and will not hold up your arch , don’t waste your money ..

I have an order with you and I did not receive the product and brand that you delivered it, it is a theft and you cannot claim or make any kind of refund... you mark on your page that it is delivered and it is not true, be careful it is a big scam......
