Definite improvement over version 1 (which were good anyway). Softer in the forefoot area and slightly softer in the heal too. Good sturdy arch support. Very comfortable to wear.

These inner soles have changed my life. Aches and pains in my feet have completely gone! My favourite ones are the all black ones. Absolutely worth buying, and customer care was very helpful!

I have been regularly buying the products of this company for my shoes for three years, most of the shoes I have are from excellent brands, but when I was walking or shopping, after a while I felt tired in my feet after using these products in my shoes. I feel very comfortable and can spend more time shopping or walking. The design of this product is excellent and prevents pressure on the back and legs.

The wait for delivery was long and I had given up... but they arrived. I was reluctant at first (as I have tried everything). I immediately put them to use. I suffer from PF and the relief they have given me is perfect. They have not taken away the pain when walking completely but the support that they provide is outstanding. They are comfortable and help immensely ... I love them!

I had seen their ad pop up a few time and like most, I decided to try it while scrolling in bed. I added the ones I wanted to my cart and continued to explore the other options. I added a second to check the special offer price but decided to try the first set. Well, this is where my issue came up (self inflicted) original ones were xl but the second set I added to check pricing were the first option xs. I didn’t check which ones I removed from my cart and proceeded my order for one set. Got the confirmation email and “ your order for xs has been processed” I reached out as soon as I saw MY error. Their shipping went out before my concern was addressed which is almost unheard of. Good for them on speedy shipping and delivery!! A day or two later I got an email with a second order number and an email from them apologizing for their mistake?!? They had taken care of it and sent out my correct size. What amazing customer service!!! Definitely worth a try!! Thank you ORTHOFLEXX!!

My son who is 11 has complete flat foot and suffers Overpronation. Which was slowing him down with sports. I ordered 3 sets the mid arch support was perfect for him and comfortable. I asked to exchange the 2 other packs of high support and the customer service team were more then helpful sending me 2 new packs of mid support immediately. Definitely give this company 5 stars for customer service and so far the most comfortable insoles we have purchased. Thank you.
