Reasonable price, good quality, quick delivery

In all honesty, the product didn't work for me, the insoles did not fit the profile of my feet. But OrthoFlexx handled my refund expeditiously and without any problem. Not knowing the company, I must confess that I was hesitant at first. But customer service was professional and as promised. I only regret that my feet could not adapt as I had hoped.

I broke and dislocated my ankle in February with severe damage and so far a long recovery. The orthoflex have assisted along side physio in strengthening my archs and legs. At first I struggled as the supports forced me to change my walking motion and muscles I hadn't been using grew tired quickly,however since I have seen significant improvement in all areas and always felt supported where it is needed

Great product and even better customer service!!! The insoles are great. For someone with flat feet, these are great because they don’t lose their support quickly. The stiff arch support is nice and I found the insoles were perfect for my shoes (size 12). As far as customer service, they were quick to respond and work with me after I made an error on my initial order. They fixed my error and got my insoles to me quickly. It was painless and I’m extremely thankful for their help. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with the product and the customer service!

A huge help with my sore and painful feet!

They fitted me well. and i saw a serious improvement after 4 week my toes are starting to spread again great buy after buying one set i got another 2 so i could put one of each in different shoes .the only thing is if they could do them in half in lenght as my feet are a bit tight around the toes
