I had trouble with my feet for a long time went to an orthopaedic surgeon, and he said there was nothing wrong with my feet, but my Cailey‘s tendon was a little short so he showed me what to do. Then I ordered the orthotics I wore them for a year, I have no more foot pain anymore and I would buy more any day just so I don’t have that pain anymore. Thank you.

The soles do what they promise. Keep your arch supported. They last long as well.

I recently bought 4 pairs of orthoflex orthotics. I don't want to have to move them from shoe to shoe. I want them in all my shoes. While on holiday with my daughters, who were walking around in Ugg's, I wound up giving two pairs away. Cute trendy boots don't necessarily have the support everyone needs. Even running shoes are enhanced by Orthoflex inserts. We love them and will need to order multiple more pairs.
