I have plantar fasciitis and high arches. These are great! They make every shoe that they fit in more comfortable. I recommend sizing UP because they can be cut to fit your shoes with a pair of scissors. Some athletic shoes seem to need a longer insole than their size.

Insoles are great from day one. I was not sure what to expect but they have helped me with some nagging knee pains that I have been experencing. I now have two pairs and they have been a daily game changer for me.

The customer service is great! There was a computer glitch that inadvertently sent my order to the wrong customer and their order to me. Unfortunately I received size small, but had ordered size medium. Once I reached out to customer service to correct the order, they immediately addressed the issue and made it right. I had originally ordered 1 pair, but they worked so well, I ordered 4 more pair. Thank you for providing great customer service support!

I have been using the half insole from Dr Sholls and I was having trouble finding new ones. So I tried Ortho flex they fit without trimming them and my feet feel better than with the Dr sholls. I showed my son a sports physical therapist and he was impressed on how ridge the arch is. Orthoflex is My new go to insoles for not just my work boots but also my vans and dress shoes.
