I ordered the insoles because I have bunions on both feet and read that arch support could be helpful with walking in correct alignment. I recently had surgery on one foot and was in quite a lot of pain. At about 8 days post op I put one of the insoles in my protective boot and the pain has become significantly less severe.

OrthoFlex inserts have made a huge difference—my feet hurt much less, even after a long day at work. I’ve tried many similar products, but these are the best. Their customer service was excellent, too; they replaced the wrong size at no cost without requiring a return.

They are very comfortable and sturdy. Excellent quality.

I recently ordered new insoles for my daughter, but unfortunately, the size was not correct. However, Charlotte was very helpful in getting the correct size quickly, responding promptly. Excellent service. Thank you.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I sent an email as soon as I realized it when it was delivered. Charlotte in customer service was great. She placed a order for me and they are sending me the correct size without charging me. That's great customer service. I'm a customer for life. thanks Charlotte.

Ich bin sehr zu frieden mit den Einlagen,hatte richtiges Problem mit den orthopädischen Einlagen wo für mich angefertigt wurden. Kam bis jetzt immer noch nicht damit zurecht.Aber seitdem ich die Ortho Flexx bestellt habe bereue ich es nicht.Dafür soviel Geld ausgegeben zu haben.Bin total begeistert,sind sehr angenehm und nicht so hart wie die Orthopädischen Einlagen. Und meine Fusschmerzen sind auch besser geworden durch das 8 Stunden stehen in meiner Arbeit.

Great product. As soon as I put them in to my everyday shoes, my ankle problem went away. My knees have also feel much better. I have already bought the second pair for my other shoes.
