Der Werbung sei Dank,hatte ich eine extrem hohe Erwartungshaltung welche fast, aber eben nicht zur Gänze erfüllt wurde. Daher 4 von 5 Sterne. Erwartet hätte ich mir noch mehr Unterstützung fürs Fußgewölbe. Ich denke Preis/Leistung passt aber trotzdem

Early in youth i was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and wore prescription orthotics. I religiously perform calf stretching and various exercises before and after work outs. I typically use another brand and possess several pairs however I was hiking with my nephew in Silver ton Colorado mountains and injured my right foot on a tree root which continues to be sore when running after self analyzing my foot I determined my arch in my right foot was degraded and not supporting my right foot appropriately and decided to test drive a higher arch more substantial orthopedic insert. So far the pain has subsided and I am running sporadically and fast power walking on my right foot during regular workouts. My right foot particularly is feeling good again an I can stretch and exercise it without pain. Thank you OrthoFlexx highly recommended

I have major pronation on one foot, the insoles help, but don’t entirely fix it. Not blaming, it’s just I also have a knee issue on that leg. My really only complaint was it seemed to take kind of a long time to receive the insoles help.
