And we are terribly sorry that you had some issues with the code. Upon checking, there has been a glitch in the system that when you've entered the code, it wasn't recognized. We are so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you as well as the miscommunication on our end that you were told that the code would work on Amazon. As a valued customer, this is totally not what we want you to experience. We would like to make this right and resolve the issue.
