Would like to know if you can take more than twice a day, I just received my orders, been taking goli gummies, now I'm going to start on your brand.
Response from Orphic NutritionFeb 23, 2021
Hi Rose! Thank you for your question. Please do not take more than the recommended dosage of 2 gummies a day. ACV can be both safe and useful for weight loss and other benefits up to its recommended dosage. However, excessive amounts can be dangerous. For best results, take 2 gummies daily with an 8-ounce glass of water in conjunction to a healthy balanced diet and exercise. You may take it with or without food. If you take it without food, you may take 1 gummy in the morning and 1 gummy at night or you may choose to take 2 gummies in the morning instead. On the other hand, if you take the product with food, take it within 20-30 minutes before each meal with an 8-ounce glass of water. I hope this helps. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know. We would be more than happy to help. :)

I successfully lost a pound per week using this last month. It took away my need for a morning snack so well that sometimes I didn't even eat lunch until 1 or 2 and I am a scheduled noon eater. I ordered two more bottles right away and I'm grateful to have this secret weapon. Thank you Orphic!
