However, we would like to provide additional context for anyone reading this review. After receiving your concerns, our team requested and carefully reviewed photographs of the products you received. Based on those images, we confirmed that the products arrived in new, undamaged condition and were consistent with their expected appearance. The bluish-purple “rubber gasket rings” referenced in your review were not rubber, foreign material, or a manufacturing defect. They were the lyophilized peptide compound itself. This appearance is an expected characteristic of our KLOW formulation due to the inclusion of GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide), which naturally gives the lyophilized cake its distinctive blue-purple color. We explained this on multiple occasions through our email correspondence, but unfortunately were unable to resolve your concerns. All OROS products are sold strictly for in-vitro research use only and not for human or animal use of any kind. This information is prominently disclosed throughout our website, on each product page, during checkout, and again during our separate payment authorization process. The product pages also clearly state that these products are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form and require reconstitution prior to research use. Because these are sterile research materials and due to applicable legal and regulatory restrictions, we cannot provide instructions regarding reconstitution, administration, dosage, or other research procedures. Likewise, we cannot accept returns of sterile products that have left our facility unless they arrive damaged, defective, or fail to meet our published quality specifications. In this case, after reviewing the evidence provided, we found no indication of a manufacturing defect or quality issue that would qualify the order for a return under our published policies. We understand that research materials can be unfamiliar to first-time researcher's, which is why we encourage customers to thoroughly review the product descriptions, published policies, and intended research applications, including best practices for handling and research usage, before placing an order.
