Our products are genuinely formulated in the United States using APIs sourced from registered suppliers, and undergo one of the industry’s most comprehensive third-party testing programs. In addition to identity, purity, and net content testing, we also perform heavy metals analysis, multi-vial content uniformity testing, microbial testing, endotoxin testing, and, most recently, residual solvent analysis. These additional quality assurance measures come with real costs, but they’re an investment we make to provide researchers with greater confidence and transparency. That said, we work hard to keep our pricing as competitive as possible while maintaining these quality standards. We also regularly offer promotions, automatic volume discounts, and bulk pricing to help provide additional value. Regarding inventory, we are working hard to keep pace with the strong demand we’ve experienced in recent months. We’ve significantly increased production capacity, and our goal is to keep all core products consistently in stock moving forward. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as each batch is manufactured to order and undergoes comprehensive third-party quality testing before being released for sale. As a result, the full manufacturing and testing process can take approximately 3–4 weeks, but we believe the additional time is well worth it to ensure every batch meets our quality standards. We completely understand that our payment workflow is not a traditional or instant checkout experience. Because of compliance requirements and internal fraud-prevention procedures, there can be a delay between when payment information is submitted and when a member of our team is able to review and approve the transaction. Factors such as overall order volume, the time an order is placed, weekends or holidays, and whether the order is submitted during regular business hours can all impact processing speed. Additionally, while we aim to pack and ship all orders within 1 business day or less, the past few weeks have brought significantly higher-than-normal order volume, which has occasionally extended processing and fulfillment times closer to 2 business days.
