If I could give 0 or less I would want to. Avoid these scams at any cost. They just take the money and become ghosts. You won’t be able to find them. They are sloppy, unresponsive, irresponsible. We ordered a marble dining table, which finally arrived after almost a year, and despite we paid for White Glove delivery which they supposed to bring the furniture in and assemble. Instead one guy from fedex showed up, left one part at the front door and another part in front of the garage. The marble is so heavy even we hired handyman’s to print it inside but they couldn’t because of some steps. We called them everyday, emailed them. No response. Nothing. Now it’s been a week that thing is sitting outside our house and nobody seems to take responsibility. What a sloppy business. Scammers

I ordered two side chairs in Dec. 2025. Arrival was delayed but eventually the chairs arrived and were delivered to the warehouse. I phoned to ask when delivery to my home could be expected. After this call AROA has not answered a phone call or returned a call. I first received an email saying that there was a mistake and the furniture was not there but they would give me a discount on any quick ship items they had available. I informed them there wasn't anything that worked for me and I wanted a refund on my money. They then replied by email that they "found" my order and would give me a delivery date the following day. That was several weeks ago and no one called so I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Bottom line, do NOT do business with this company!

Do not order from this company. Initially someone was picking up calls and said they'd have a manager call me back, but no one ever did, several times this happened. Now when I call it goes straight to voice mail. I've sent numerous emails but no one replies. I still haven't received my order, which is what I was contacting them about. I agree it seems they may have gone out of business, or are professional scammers. If you're considering buying from there, I highly recommend against it.

Ordered two matching accent chairs, which shipped quickly. Unfortunately for me, they sent non-matching items: one brown faux leather chair and one pink velvet chair. I emailed them right away and got a prompt reply asking for photos. After immediately providing the photos, they stopped responding. I made numerous follow-up attempts over several days but never received a response. I ended up working with my bank to get a satisfactory resolution on my end, at which point (surprise, surprise) OROA suddenly emailed me again. They asked if I could undo my resolution with the bank and said they had the correct chair for me. I responded - again, right away - saying that I was obviously hesitant to do business with them and asking what kind of guarantees they could give that I wouldn’t experience further issues. Haven’t heard from them since. Save yourself the headaches, wasted time and wasted energy - buy your furniture elsewhere.

I am having the same experience others have had. I ordered a display cabinet 2/24/26. I periodically called to check on it and received prompt response until June 5 when I recd a tracking number and have followed it on ship. It arrived in port and has been listed in tracking as “available for pickup” since July 2. My efforts to get a response from the company have been met with -0-. It seems it has not been picked up by the company. As of July 6 (just updated on tracking now) it was listed as in transit to New Miami warehouse. I’m thinking the company has shut operations as there is no apparent sign of life. I will call my credit card company to see how I can retrieve my $3300.

This is the worst company in the world. I put an order in January, it has been delayed they kept in contact until June 2026. For the past month they have no answered an email, a call, a review NOTHING! I WHAT A SCAM! i will be calling my credit card company ASAP. Does anyone know if they are going out of bussiness they just went complete radio silence!

2 Oroa dining cabinets / 1 year later and still no rectification. I ordered 2 dining cabinets from my long-time rep at Oroa in June 2025. They were due in October but arrived in November. Both arrived terribly damaged. Oroa ended up re-ordering a new replacement set and they arrived in February. One arrived okay, another arrived with damaged handles and an off-kiltered door. They sent new handles that were 1/2 the length. They sent another set of new handles and a tech to fix it. The handles were the wrong size again but by only 1/4". The holes did not line up. I sent another claim, and requested another set of the right size. I have now not heard back in 3 weeks. No one has answered any phone calls or emails. We will be taking legal action.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Ordered a nesting set coffee table set in November,. I was not aware it was coming from Italy, and it would take 5 months. When it finally arrived in April '26, it was damaged - the marble was grey, dull, and streaked. Customer support to at least 10 calls, emails to customer service (which does not pick up calls). Finally agreed to pick up and provide refund. They picked up and I have yet to receive a refund. None of the phone numbers accept call. Are they going out of business? It will be reported to BBB and I will be filing a legal claim to my $2,000
