Incredibly unhelpful and dishonest…
Incredibly unhelpful and dishonest company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I contacted Ornexis to submit a return for one of their pillows. I was offered discounts and 70% store credit. I attempted multiple times to have an actual return processed over email correspondence. Each time I was met with other offers and no full refund for my purchase. They claim to accept returns up to 100 days on their website but do not honor this return policy. Customer Service deflects to other offers but never your money back.
