Every single sales person was horrible even the manager very very pushy called me multiple times trying to push the cell down my throat called me super early at 6 AM called me super late as of midnight When I did finally purchase, they said it would be free delivery. Everything would be great, but then they decided to only do it as at your door delivery so I had to un box and do everything myself. I told him to cancel it. We agreed upon, and then finally they came in put the Website in my house

1: Lack of personnel.- One man cannot be helping two customer at the same time. 2:Lack of communication between store and warehouse. I was not informed the warehouse closed Sunday.

Shipping took several weeks. Lack of communication. No sense of urgency. Can definitely find cheaper prices elsewhere.

I was honestly fooled by the review on this site . I bought a couch from them and didn’t get the couch and my money back. This is a scam site pls don’t fall for all this fake reviews on here . They are scammers. Be careful guys. Have tried to get any response but unsuccessful.

Horrible. Don't buy here. Delivery came in wrong day. Couch was defective bought with warranty. Don't cover it. I complained or year repair or refund. Owner assure me he'd take care of it I got one call from him this year it also has mfg warranty must file. I've been ignored all year. Left with a defective couch sold to me. No repair an no refund. Don't buy from them.

Frustrating and completely inadequate experience. Began the process on Offer Up, went back and forth with Matt, confirmed that I was driving to Santa Ana to pick up the table after he confirmed it was available for pickup (to avoid paying for shipping). In store was told it only gets shipped directly from the warehouse. And there was no floor model to see to check the color. I asked the associate to point out the closest color in the store that the table would be, and when the table was delivered 3 days later, it was a *completely* different color than had been showed to me in store. As in, not even remotely similar. Very dissatisfied, I reached out to let them know I wanted to return it 3 days after, as it doesn’t match any of my other furniture. I have received no response.

I did not puchace anything!!

Will not deal with this company again . Products not available when they say , dishonest , was promised things that never happened . Do not recommend! Couch is lovely though when I finally received it . No one seems to be clear in the information that’s provided
