The material is sturdy and no tarnish or wear. There was a tracking issue but I think it was just shop app being buggy. Customer Support was quick to respond and gave updates if need be for the delivery. The gore chain has the points which is a little bothersome but if it’s like anything else, you’ll get used to it in a week or so. Worth your money if you love the style. I’ll definitely order again in the future

I got the Talon Choker necklace-- genuinely love it. I was a bit skeptical at first, since I first saw it on Instagram, but those worries have since faded. It arrived about when Ornamentus said it would, and over the past three days, I've had to force myself to take it off. It looks awesome-- I've gotten several compliments in just a few days. The clasp seems sturdy, though it is kinda difficult to clasp shut, as the "male end" is rounded-- meaning that unless you align it perfectly, it'll cause the male end to "roll," and the necklace won't clasp. I'm not super dextrous, so it could just be a "me thing." I only have two real complaints. The first is the size: I understand it's supposed to be a choker, but I ordered the largest available size (20") and it's a bit snug on my 18.75" circumference neck-- it's *almost* a literal choker, meaning the spikes on the inside can dig into my skin if I'm in an awkward position. Offering either (a) the option to pay a fee for an extra link or two would be awesome, or (b) offering a 21-22" option in addition to the existing size offerings. The second issue I had isn't with the product, but instead the service. The website said to sign up for their newsletter to get $20 off my first purchase-- instead I got a 10% coupon. Clearing up this discrepancy would go a long way. All in all, I'd still highly recommend. I don't think my complaints take away from the company or the product. I'm thrilled with the product I got and the company that sold it! I will *definitely* be purchasing more from Ornamentus in the future.
