Everything great as usual!

If you have a size exchange or return to make it really is over. I purchased a bracelet that was too big so I wanted to exchange it for the right size, I sent them and email and also filled in the return formular, I got no answer whatsoever, even a message from AI would have been helpful. I also reached out to their instagram and asked them about the size exchange and gave them my order number, I was completely ignored again. Only solution I found in here (trustpilot) was to contact my bank to get my money back because bracelet is simply too big to use. After a long process of providing evidence and my bank trying to contact them I got my refund. It's really been a nightmare to go through so much for something that could have been resolved immediately if they had just replied my messages or even checked that return/change formular they provide.

Design is very nice and looks like in the picture. It’s only a bit hard to lock the bracelet

Very good quality

Very nice and classy chain. I wear it almost everyday in the night when I am clubbing

Fantastic quality and very fast delivery after shipping. They even sent me a free ring sizer so ill have an easy time buying rings from them in the future, which I absolutely will be.
