ORIGIN PCReviews of originpc.com

Its now over 1 month since my i9 4080 GPU system arrived. In a word the system is awesome! My order also included Corsair wide screen, mouse and keyboard. In the end this all shipped to me as 4 deliveries (the PC itself arrived in a wooden crate - very well packaged). I would have given a 5 star review except that I only received 2 tracking number emails for the 4 deliveries - also the keyboard was on backorder and I was never informed until I reached out to support - who told me of the delay. Anyway, all arrived just fine in the end and I must say it it a very impressive beast so I am extremely happy so far!

Have ordered two products now, one bespoke desktop and one ready-to-ship laptop. Fast shipping, great packaging to protect the product. Great customer service. Will definitely shop here again.

Good price and quality components!

I purchased a brand new EON-16S laptop since I had a wonderful experience with my Origin laptop which I bought back in 2017. After doing extensive research, I decided to go with Origin (as opposed to Falcon Northwest) since I had a good experience with them and boy! I was so WRONG! First, my order was delayed, then my laptop was defective (laptop randomly shuts off during gaming with temps reaching up to 70c,) then e-mail sent to support to fix issue but customer service is horrible. That's $1800 wasted in the trash bin. I will not forgive this company and will never buy nor recommend their products to any one. If you want a good gaming laptop with reliable customer support, look elsewhere. This company is not what it used to be. Shame I lost my $1800 on a defected laptop. Even selling it is a pain.

Quick and efficient. This was my first custom-built unit. The people at Origin PC Guided me through the whole process seamlessly. It was a great experience. The machine is awesome.

I was very pleased with the customer service that I received from originpc. They replied to my emails in a timely manner with very helpful and professional assistance. I haven’t received my pc yet, so I can’t speak to the product, but their customer support and service is excellent.

They were very helpful in dealing with the hiccups that came up with my bank, and the laptop I got from them has been fantastic!

My rep was quick to respond to any of my questions. My PC did run behind schedule, but it was because of an issue with their shipment of PSUs not coming in. They also upgraded my shipping for free because of this.
