ORIGIN PCReviews of originpc.com

The entire experience was impeccable from inception to completion. After dedicating ten days to an exhaustive search for a PC workstation, Origin proved to be the superior choice by a significant margin. The pricing was equitable, and the service provided was of the highest caliber. Upon receiving my PC, the meticulous attention to detail was immediately apparent; it was a system constructed with quality and designed by enthusiasts. Olivier was exceptional, addressing all my inquiries and maintaining communication throughout the ordering and shipping process. I am more than satisfied with the entire procedure and will certainly return for future purchases.

Origin PC The only trouble I had was with ordering from your website. I could not get to checkout. It let me configure the system with ease but i could not get the area that allows you to put your billing information to purchase the system. I called and talked to your customer serivce and they ran me through the typical fixes but in the end they were unable to fix the issue and after asking about phone orders I was told that they were unable to take phone orders. I believe the person i was talking to was Brian. To no fault of his, he was as baffled as i was as to why it would let me check out After putting me on hold, he came back to tell me that he could help me out with my order and actually ordered the system for me, which was a big help. I listed off the specifications i wanted over the phone and he put it into the system without a hitch. Once i got the system ordered i was handed off to Jay f. and it was smooth sailing from there. He was able to keep me informed on the build and answered any question i had. I would say my overall experience was satisfying and probably will order again in the future if the need arises

Bought a 5090 PC with a ryzen 9 9950x3d from Origin and it’s honestly well built. That said, I put in the build notes that I wanted the original 5090 FE box shipped with it. Eddy never mentioned it even after I brought it up and customer support basically said nope, they won’t send one. Felt pretty dismissive. Also, it boots kinda slow out of the box, which is annoying for a rig like this. Overall the PC is good, but the service on my request was meh.

Bryant was an excellent resource in helping me to make a decision to buy an Origin PC today.

So far the team has made it incredibly painless to make a custom build that will do all the things I needed to do. On top of that Eddy H. from the support team has been incredibly amazing and keeping me in the loop as to the progress of my machine and shipment. I look forward to enjoying this machine for many many years to come.

I spoke with Eddy Hernandez, a representative from Origin PC, and it was a pleasant experience because I finally found someone who had the answers to my questions and good business treatment. Unlike other companies that are unwilling to work or please their customers, Origin's treatment makes you want to come back because you know they have what you need.

Jay F. was awesome! Customer service has been great and very communicative.

Odette N helped me and answered all my questions. Even provided a image as reference. Coming back to PC, made me feel comfortable about purchasing a pc! i look forward to getting my Origin PC!
