Original S.W.A.T.Reviews of originalswat.com

I ordered a size too small originally (my mistake), had a replacement pair of boots in 3 days while I sent the first pair back with a return number (NO hassles or problems- just the opposite, helpful AND pleasant. Just got the credit for the first pair. Happy Customer.

This is my 4th pair of Original Swat boots. My first pair years ago was comfortable and lasted a very long time. The second pair was also very good. The 3rd pair was too large (couldn't find size 10, had to go to size 10 1/2) and is now retired as an occasional working boot for gardening. Recently purchased a 4th pair, size 9 1/2, and are too small. But the real problem is the boot material seems much cheaper, almost like a type of plastic. The left boot has a very loud squeak with every step. I'm sorry to say I'm looking for new boots from a different manufacturer now.

I had a question and my email was answered within 30 minutes.

I ordered a pair of boots that were delivered within one day of the order. However, the boots were not suitable for me so I phoned to return them and asked for a refund. I had no problem whatsoever with the product only that it was not suitable for me. The lady who responded to my request was very friendly and responded to my request with professionalism and positivity. Her name is Tammy Johnson.

Came quite quickly. Excellent quality!

I received these boots in less than a week. They are super light and comfortable right away. Great service!

great product.Just don't like package left at door by courier Great boots

They fit well and did not need a break-in period. First time wearing them I had to cover some steep terrain--they worked great!
