The threesome relationship that Kristina is in ruined the whole series. I don’t understand why the writers thought this was needed. You must be hard up for good writers.

One item: left zipper- although cleaned and lubricated, it still glides down. 2 months of wear. So even though overall terrific comfort and bang for buck, zipper issue is a point of failure.

I had 2 pairs of 6" safety same size, fit like a glove. Then I ordered a 9" safety 400 SZ - in the same size. This was a big mistake as they are destroying my feet - 1/2 size too small and I am working for a month and I'm stuck with them. The side zip can create a pressure point and the tops must be left loose to the zips don't cause pain. Will never order online again.

These are Great boots, the comfort is unmatched. Unfortunately I had to send them back cause they were improperly glued from the soles to the leather, leaving spaces for moisture or water to set in. Then I was sent a second pair which are glued properly, but the soles aren't lined up evenly with the front of the boot which looks awful an the stitching is off set in the back and not sown all the way in the front. Overall I like the boots but whoever inspected them didn't do a great job. However I like original swats line of boots and hope to continue doing business with the company... Top Velcro closure was a strong part of the upper leather now it is a flimsy sewn on nylon strip.

I've been wearing the 12'' size, 9'' side zip Classic boots for a few years. 6 pairs easy. Perfect fit. Last couple pairs fit tight and the material seams different now. So I ordered the Hawk 9'' side zip Waterproof boots. Fit a little tight too. Seemed ok for 2 months. Breaking in boots always sucks. Then, the ''pleather'' like material started separating at the sole. the outer shiny skin of the material delaminated for the base material it was laminated to. So much for waterproof.... So I ordered the non-waterproof version of the Hawk 9'' side zip. Much roomier boot. Fits great. OOps, 2 weeks later the stitching is coming out of the bottom of the zipper on the inside of the left boot. A 1'' piece of thread has come out. Boots are brand new. What the heck ?? Looks like I'm sending these back too. Doubtful I'll purchase another pair after these last two pairs. Yes, the co. is great with returns but who wants to go through the hassle. I want boots that last from the start.

I've been a customer for about 12 years. I tried to purchase boots online just like I have every year for 12 years and there was some problem and my card was denied. I call my credit card company and they said my card was approved and pending processing from the site. I tried to call. I left message after message with multiple sales people. I received 1 call back message leaving me the same useless phone number from the website. Nothing. No return call. Never a person to answer the phone. No response to any e-mails zero. The boots are great. 5 stars for them. They are the only shop I have ever bought shoes from online. I am usually weary of that because fit can be so varied in larger sizes. The boots themselves have never let me down. I have purchased a couple different types of boots and they are always great fit and comfort and light weight. Best boots I have ever owned and that goes for all 12 pairs... but the personal service doesn't exist. Eventually I tried again and managed to get my boots. Prompt service on shipping as usual and no other issues. Even though the original issues may have been an error of some type (I tried and failed to process my sale 4 times online and was approved each and every time according to my CC company) it would be nice if there was some kind of customer service where one could troubleshoot such issues... If not for the high quality product I would be finding somewhere else to shop.

I like the boots I finally ended up with but I emailed customer service and phoned the regional rep and never got a response at all about a size question. Product quality is very good but service was so so.
