haven't worn them for long but i'm always satisfied with original swat boots. when i buy other brands i always seem to return to original swat. good looking boot and light weight

i got a pair of their Classic 9" boots and they're great. Very light and very comfortable. My main issue is that they came out of the box pretty stiff and took a little time to break in, but after walking around for a while they felt fine. The biggest issue I have with Original SWAT, is that they emailed me my password, which means that they're storing passwords in plain text and have access to them. I would recommend against making an account with them until they've rectified the issue. EDIT: The above is no longer the case. Original SWAT's response to my review definitely made me change it from 4 stars to 5. Awesome customer support, awesome boots! I'd recommend them to anybody.

I worked in the security field for 10 years, constant patrol and in every weather condition. I first got the inch zip boots which were great but not waterproof. Then I got the waterproof ones and loved them. The boot shape feels much better than the bates boots or acg's. Acg's are great but too heavy. Original swat boots fit great and are light and easily maintained. The only problem is that the sole is very hard. This is good in that it gives support, but tends to hurt if you don't have good soles. But I have heel spurs and plantar fasciitis so it may just be me. If you patrol def check out original swat, just get your own insoles.

Super lighweight and fits comfortable on my feet .Awesome boots

I am a big fan of Original Swat boots, they are light weight and comfortable, however, I have had a few problems in the past. The last pair I had developed a squeak in the right boot. It was very noticeable with every step. The pair before that, the pull tabs broke off of both zippers. In all fairness, I put a lot of miles on them without problems before they went bad.

These are my second pair of OS boots. I use them for scenario paintball. I wanted a lighter boot so I could run faster, so I went with the 5" side zip. I personally like OS boots because of the arch support and stability. My first pair has lasted me two years so far. Playing paintball and using them in the snow.

No really, seem like great boots. Will have to wait a few months for winter to use them. Trying to prepare ahead of time. Bought them on recommendation from a co-worker.

Really light weight and comfortable to wear all day long. .
