Buy these boots, they are the most comfortable, durable and handsome looking pair of boots I have ever owned, I will buy another pair in black and continue to buy only Original Swat for my work and duty boots.

Ordered a pair of the Chase 9" Side-Zip. They arrived quickly, in perfect shape. The fit was as expected (not too small, not too big). Haven't had a chance to wear them yet so jury is still out on comfort - however, I do own a pair of the composite safety toe/shank version, and they are very comfortable for all day wear. Look forward to getting lots of wear out of them.

Placed 2 orders recently and both orders were shipped same day and at my door in 3 or 4 days. Excellent quality work boot!

These boots are the Original 6" Swat boots,,,,I was skeptical at first, but after I got them and wore them, I found it to be very comfortable, and a perfect fit,,,,,very sturdy, and yet light enough,,,i was able to stand and walk with more comfort during the work day wearing them,,,and when I had to run, they did not feel clunky,,,,they felt like good flexible running shoes,,,,not like heavy boots,,, The sole is great and doesn't slip, it grips just right,,,no sliding on wet payment or floors,,,, So, over all , I like this shoe and am happy with my pair,,,,,

The boots are great. They fit well and arrived quickly. No complaints.

I will be sure to spread my opinion to other officers in my department. Horrible shipping method. Takes forever, literally had my package bounce around different cities in California for several days before it even left the state. I was given three different expected delivery dates because they could not fulfill the expected date on time. I attempted to contact customer service several times and the line for the operator just rings and rings. No one answers any of the extensions or even attempted to call me back.

I am on my third pair of SWAT original. I wear them everyday. I looked for a long time for a pair of boots that fit and were comfortable out of the box. SWAT was the boot. I got great wear out of them. I am a firefighter so these boots have not been babied. I only ever had one small problem with my boots. The pull tabs broke on the second pair. I contacted SWAT customer service and they had a replacement set to me in a couple of days. Problem solved. I would highly recommend this boot to anyone that will listen and have.
