Watch was designed wrong, because you cannot make the micro adjustments needed in order to get the correct fitment on the watch. When I emailed customer service about this they told me "our watches do not support micro adjustments" even though this is my 3rd watch by them and the other ones support micro adjustments. David lied to me and tried to make me believe that I'm in the wrong when I'm surely not. After which he told me to "take the watch to a jeweler in order to fix it" that was BY FAR the worst customer service experience that I've ever had. I will not be making anymore purchases from Original Grain, and I suggest anyone who reads this do the same.

Absolutely horrible company. I ordered a watch in November hoping to have a nice watch for my wedding. Luckily I ordered it well in advance as it took them 3 months to finally ship it after I barraged them with emails asking for updates on when I should expect it every 2 weeks. When the watch was finally ready to ship they then had no rings to complete my order and made it my problem to either pick a new one or different size. The ring did not match the size a local jeweler told me I needed so when I tried to do the exchange they told me they had the smaller size in stock. I sent the ring back but when they received it and it was time for them to send the new size they say they are again out of stock. I have never had such a bad experience and lack of communication from a company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Final review is pending. My watch won’t keep time and crown won’t tighten it only keeps turning. Therefore water resistance is likely not working. Watch is about 7months old, I made warranty repair or replacement request and responses haven’t been applicable to all the requests.

AWFUL I purchased 2 Original Grain watches I purchased 2 Original Grain watches. They are junk. One arrived dead and it took 6 days to get a response from the company as they have no phone number and will only communicate by email. While waiting for a replacement the second one suddenly had an hour hand loose. Been 7 weeks and they replaced that one with a different watch. BEWARE the final sale watches have NO warranty.

Placed an order on line, and when I got the confirmation, boom, another watch was added to the order. I wrote back immediately and got no response. Wrote 8 times and no response. Turns out they have no phone number. And, finally the next day they tell me - too bad it already shipped. They just added the extra watch for me have to deal with. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I haven't received the watch that I ordered in early December. I've contacted the company several times and they told me the watch has been delayed because of shipment issues, but they offered for me to exchange it. I have received three different emails responding to my original email asking about the ETA of the watch I ordered, but zero responses about swapping the watch out for something they actually have. The customer service is absolutely HORRENDOUS! There's no one to call and they take forever to respond to emails. I am beyond frustrated and would rather have a refund than purchase anything from this company, im thinkjng this company might be trying to fraud me and I plan to take the issue up with my CC company in a few days, it's just ridiculous!

Ordered Buffal trace special edition watch and after ordering and paying in FULL was very poor communication that the watch was delayed. Sent several emails with miscommunication back multiples times. Found out just recently that the item is not going to be sent/received and them had to demand a refund or file a claim with My bank.

Poor customer service after my 1.5 year old watch fell apart (this is the 1st watch of 3 I purchased from them - hoping the others don't follow suit). Here's the responses I received from Original Grain after requesting repair for a date frame (the piece that fits around the date on the face) that fell off inside the watch and jammed under the minute hand. FYI - they won't repair their watches if they fall apart, and if you are a minute past one year you are out of luck.: As much as I’d love to help in replacin g your watch, your original order was purchased on July 20, 2022, and it is past our 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Also, repair services are not available at this time, but it is something that we are looking to implement in the future. We can offer you a replacement watch for $99.00 + shipping cost: To which I let them know that this was unacceptable and I got this response: I understand how disappointing this must be for you!
