Watch has not told the time since I received it a week ago, the hands and inner workings do not move. I would like someone to contact me about how to resolve this.

Hey Justin, I just did some research into your order. It appears you ordered one of our Automatic watches. This watch is powered by movement & motion! In order to get the watch to activated, look through the skeleton caseback & the watch Rotar will begin to charge the watch as that rotar begins to wind..You will need to move the watch then the second hand inside the subdial will begin to track which indicates that its working. The watch keeps power for 72 Hrs from the time you put the watch down. We also sell some watch cases that would keep the watch in motion! Please feel free to email me directly & we can coordinate a call if needed. [email protected]
