Scam alert! Buyer beware. After making a purchase from the website, after the order was placed, after the order was supposed to ship, the company reached out and said they wanted me to pay additional money otherwise they would cancel the order. I've never heard of such a thing. I picked a watch, added it to the cart and checked out just like any other website. Asking for more money after the fact is extremely shady.

I ordered a watch more than 3 weeks ago and it still shows “on its way to the sorting center” on the tracking. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times now and so far have gotten no response at all. Email, DM on instagram, and even left a comment under their posts because for nearly 500 euros you would expect a response if there is a problem. When I left a comment on their insta I saw there is more people with this same exact problem. Not getting their order and getting no response, what a scam. I’m absolutely let down by this company and I want my money back!😡

Hey Tim, I’m glad we got your message. A few quick things I’d like to point out. Each of our watches are sized but we include extra links in the box that can easily assembled. If you ever needed more links or components to we keep extra around & I can 100% send you more. I’d be happy to send you a tool as well to adjust the band if you don’t have one. The Card insert combines the Quartz Chrono movements because the 3-hand functionality is essentially the same function. I see how that may be confusing & I can make some of those updates to our instructional insert. I thank you for your feedback, if you still are unsatisfied let’s get that BadBoy returned. We’re happy to process a refund. If this was a Holiday Gift we extended the return length through Jan 5th and exchanged through the 25th. Feel free to email me direct if you’d like to talk further: [email protected] For returns or more links you can contact [email protected] Hope we get to talk more. Andrew Beltran OG founder

I recently ordered what we thought would be a beautiful, unique, and American-made product. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. The watch face was advertised to display "Old No. 7 Brand," which is the Jack Daniels brand. However, the watch face arrived blank. I contacted the company, and they asked for pictures. After I sent them, their response was that the wood grain doesn't always match the advertisement due to the natural variations. Their solution was either to return the product for another one (which they confirmed wouldn't arrive by Christmas) or to receive a refund. I am extremely disappointed with the deceptive practices of this company. I feel misled, like many others I've read about this holiday season. It's unacceptable to take advantage of customers, especially during this time of year. I would advise others to avoid Original Grain.

I ordered a watch on December 9th, 2025, and today is December 18, 2025, and I still have not received it. Not only have I not received it, but no one can tell me where it is. Other than email, there is no customer service to speak with making it difficult to communicate and resolve issues quickly. All I want is to know where my watch is and some action showing someone is at least trying to help.

First clue: no customer service phone number. That is because their customer service is non existent. So poorly run. I have emailed them 6 times with only one response of "Oh we are so sorry you didn't enjoy your experience, but we will be in touch". STAY AWAY!!!!

Though I have been in touch with the company, I have never received my watch. It was supposed to be out for delivery last week, however I never received it.

I received my order very fast and things were great. My husband wore his watch twice and pins started falling out and he lost a link because of it. I contacted the company and I was sent a link to buy more pins and links🤬 I spent almost 900.00 on 3 watches I should not have to order and pay for more. Then that said they would make me a ticket to get it taken care of. Guess what never got a email or links and pins.
