Easy order process
Easy order process. After getting the watch I purchased, I emailed to request additional links for it and their response was fast as when they sent them.

More than made up for an issue
I have significantly updated my previous review due since publishing. My complaint was around how they responded to a mistake: I was unhappy with the representative's resolution. However, then the co-founder got involved and MORE than made up for the error. That matters and really does restore my trust in a brand that I honestly really wanted to stick with. I will look on my OG watches with a smile as my collection grows.

excellent response time
I needed 2 extra links for the watch I purchased, I email customer service and received a response and an invoice with in a few hours. I paid the invoice online and received the links a few days later. Love this company and the originality of their time pieces.
