I love these watches!!!

Exceeded my expectations!

The watch is great and comes in a nice box. I had an issue with the stopwatch not resetting properly which was resolved with customer service forwarding a video. There was no information/ instruction paper work.

The watch I bought my boyfriend, the crown broke off. I contacted original grain about the warranty. They asked for photos to help me further which I provided. I thought they would tell me to send the watch back to fix. Instead they sent me a new watch! They're are quick to reply and resolve any issue This company is amazing! They have a customer for life!

update: this was a usps screw up. the watch is beautiful, but for some reason it said "delivered" a week ago but showed up now. Confirmation number and everything. Checked mail this afternoon but no watch. So Original Grain makes beautiful watches, but they ship USPS which is a bad plan, at least in West Houston

I wish I had a great review to give. I’ve been eyeballing this brand for a few years now and hadn’t purchased only because I couldn’t afford. I found an affordable and great looking watch on the website and have been so excited! They always look amazing. After checkout, every step of the way shows 4-7 business day delivery. It’s been almost a month now and customer service is fairly slow to respond and keeps assuring me that my watch is at the warehouse awaiting shipping with no further information… I’m not sure what else to do since I suppose my next step is just to ask for a refund. I’m not usually picky about longer delivery times, but they only told me after I emailed twice asking what was going on and still with no updates on when I can expect my watch. Fingers crossed and I will update accordingly if I do get it soon. Update: Andrew reached out extremely quickly and provided me much more information than had previously been provided. Many thanks to him and I look forward to hopefully getting my watch soon.
