I have purchased two watches for my husband from this company so far. The last was a limited edition orange piece, I also purchased the warranty along with the piece. Long story short, I sent an email to customer support and not even two minutes after I sent it did I receive a reply with instructions on how to receive a replacement to a piece that had broken. I didn’t have to do anything but confirm my address. I received the replacement within two days. Top notch service and products, will definitely purchase from this company again!

Received the beer barrel watch. Bought for my husband’s retirement l, he loves it.

I bought the "Whiskey Black Rugged Automatic 44mm" watch for my husband late last year for his birthday, it is incredibly gorgeous and unique! It has worked well and still looks fantastic after almost 5 months. You do have to wear it daily for it to keep time which is not an issue for him. So far we are very happy with our purchase!

Customer service is excellent!! I ordered the caseback & engraving option. Customer service sent an email asking for info but it got lost in my junk mail. They sent a 2nd email! And I was able to order the engraved caseback separately since my watch order was already in process. They saved the day- thank you OG.
