I have a great experience with Original Grain. I placed an order and was tracking it to my home. It became lost in transit. I communicated with them about the package. Their service persons were quick to respond. They investigated and got a replacement sent out to me via a different carrier and the product areived withoit fault.

My fiancé LOVES his collection of Original Grain watches! I've bought him 3 so far and each one was well packaged, arrived on time and exactly as described. They come in a beautiful wood box with a card describing its unique features. Every day he excitedly picks out which he'll wear for the day/night. He shown them off to everyone and anyone who will listen lol. Their customer service, also, is awesome! We had a band issue after a couple months of regular wear and they literally REPLACED the watch without us having to return or try to fix ourselves! He was sooo sad then absolutely thrilled and said he can't wait to order more! (Hinting to me of course) THANK YOU Original Grain for these awesome watches and all the ways you give back especially to our vets and the planet. We appreciate you!

I ordered a realtree rugged automatic watch and love it. It is my second watch from this brand. They make great looking and functional watches but I found the automatic watch to be gaining 1 second per hour. The customer service was very fast resolving my issue and has already sent out a replacement. I will be coming back to Originalgrain.com in the future.

I have had the pleasure of purchasing multiple watches from Original Grain and every one of them is Amazing. I had one of them that needed repair, and i was very impressed with the customers service. They truly went above and beyond to ensure the addressed my concern. At the end i was more impressed with this company. I owe 6 of their watches and I can tell you I will be purchasing more.

I was looking for a particular time piece containing wood, for my 5 year anniversary. Found several here. They are beautiful. After checking out with my two items, I received a text from the company stating they would give me a discount if I bought a certain item. I had just purchased that item. I was actually looking at my conformation email. I responded to the text, which led to emailing. Customer Service Representative Genesis was incredible. They honored the discount, I had a refund before I even read their response. Again, amazing customer service. In a world where companies are shying away from the personal experience, this company has put customer service in the forefront. I am so excited to receive my items, watch and watch box. These time pieces are superior. I WILL be buying additional time pieces from this company. You cannot go wrong.

I received my first watch from Original Grain this morning. It was the Jack Daniels 44mm Mechanical watch. Unfortunately upon opening the box I found that the Crown of the movement was bent and the stopwatch function did not work properly. I reached out to OG customer service via email and within minutes I received a reply. The customer service rep I spoke with (Genesis) worked with me to rectify the issue. Original Grain is sending me a replacement watch free of charge and as an added plus, I don't have to return the broken watch due to their policy to reduce their carbon footprint. I will probably try to get the broken watch fixed and maybe gift it to a friend or family member. As a member of the military who is pending retirement (the watch was a retirement gift from my wife) I am grateful to OG and impressed with their continued service and support of our past and present military members. I would definitely recommend OG watches and I will definitely be a returning customer in the future.
