Ghost charges not OK
Trying to buy the Taylor guitar watch for my husband. Odd $39 charge keeps getting added to my cart. No way to call anyone to find out what that's about. Very bad sign. Not buying!

I have had more compliments on my whiskey barrel watch than any watch I own. I have four, with my most recent being the Taylor Guitar model. HOWEVER, I just found out that these watches are made in China and that is never mentioned in all of their "American" branding. Unfortunately, I will not order another watch from them again because of this and I have to now give them a one star. The Taylor Guitar version feels cheaper, by the way.

Visited the company website once, and they relentlessly spam, even after unsubscribe. Also, they seem to be selling the same product under multiple names, which seems a bit iffy

I have many watches. From a Tag H to a Bulova. I saw these watches and thought their appearance was great. I just received my watch. No manual? I'm old and I like a paper manual but I did download the pdf. There are 2 links and I have a larger wrist so I went to put a link in. Here are the instructions: Please do not add/remove links yourself, as we do not cover any wear and tear that may occur when sizing links. Please visit your local Jeweler to properly size your timepiece. Great now a trip to a jeweler and added costs. IMHO I certainly did not get what I paid for.

Spent 300+ on a new watch for my husband. He wore it a handful of times(it was dressy) arm came off. They refused to fix. I understand year warranty went out 2 months earlier. I would pay for it. They said no, BUT we will give you a big discount on a new watch. Ummm.. no thanks. I took it to my jeweler and he took it apart and said it was cheap Chinese parts. Never again

I ordered this watch for my husband. The google link says made in the USA this is a lie. It arrived and felt heavy and cheap and has a tag saying made in china. I returned it immediately. NOT a $300 watch!!!

I purchased a whiskey barrel watch, worn it about 20 times and the watch stopped moving, took it to a jeweler, had replaced the battery twice, then was told the movement needed to be replaced, I called customer service at original grain support and received no assistance. Watches are nice looking but do not work .stay away from this company . total buyers remorse, the inside of watch is Chinese junk

I’ve bought more than 5 watches from OG plus accessories and would have liked to continue buying new products but I’ve encountered a horrible experience with my latest purchase. I’d like to consider myself an influencer as I mention the business numerous times with those that comment on my watches but I purchased the Mahogany Silver Steel Minimalist 40MM August of last year and it’s completely fallin apart. The wood edging broke and the watch winding dial has fell out so I can’t use even use it. Warranty was for 12 months and the watch fell apart at month 13 but no honor in replacing.
