I've been trying to unsubscribe from the multitude of emails I receive from them. Never been a customer. When I contacted them they told me that I had to highlight the email and/or change my background color to see the link. Did that, no link. They kept telling me it was there. I looked it up and the law says it must be obvious. If it takes me this much trouble to find it, then they are not operating honestly and I wouldn't want to buy from them either.

Had to return it the same day I received the watch. It would freeze and stop keeping time. Right out of the box, it was a such a bummer. Good looking watch but need to work on internal mechanical quality. From what I hear and read, the internals are actually all from Asia. Wish I knew that before I bought it.

I buy a watch a watch some weeks ago , and In the description it says that the watch is water proof up to 5 ATM (164 feet) under water , But I went to the pool and the next day the watch had water in it, there wouldn't be much of a problem if the warranty covered that , but it doesn't, that's my only complaint.

You, as a watch brand, nothing is wrong. It is the delivery service you use to deliver your product. Can't get a hold of them through phone call, website does not help, no way to see where my watch is. F Word UPS! Still haven't received watch, after ordering it Jun 19th

I placed an order at 10PM Eastern time and I sent an email with in 30 minutes to cancel the order but the order still shipped. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 plus years and I have purchased over a dozen watches. I guess you don’t have a way to honor your loyal customers when they are having an issue. I have never had this issue with any other watch company. If you had a phone number to call this would not of been an issue and the reason you don’t have a number to call is because you are a small company.

Disappointed with the product quality and packaging. I’ve bought over 7 watches from OG. In the past I would be excited to receive the products knowing that I’ve bought a watch that is both elegant and high quality. However I was really disappointed with the watches I bought this time. I bought 2 watches which were the Forest Fire Resin and the Ebony Gold. The Forest Fire Resin was absolutely disappointing, I felt scam as if I had bought a cheap Chinese product as its light weight and sub par packaging’s made it look like cheap Chinese knockoff watch. The Ebony Gold was more sturdy and looked better however its packaging was pale in comparison to the previous OG watches which came in a wooden box. It’s sad to see a company sacrifice quality over profit

Why would you buy a 300-400 dollar watch that doesn’t have a phone number? They don’t have recommendations on how to fix broken bands. Just send them an email and hope they get back to you. I would say save your money and go to a jeweler and buy a watch that you can get fixed there. No way would o send my watch clear across the US just to get fixed.

I ordered a TRD Pro Watch and emailed constantly for over three (3) weeks and either no response or promises of ship dates never met. No phone to call just email address. After requesting cancellation after a week they finally did. Now waiting for full refund. Stay away.
