Not supplier sanctioned site. Likely they deal in RTV’s- return to vendors product which may be expired, old lot, or not handled properly - maybe lost its efficacy. Package came from some person - like an eBay package. Buyer beware

But for some reason, the address that you have provided us with must have been incorrect. We have many ways to resolve this type of issues writing a bad review is not one of them. We have many ways to contact us to resolve any issues with our products and orders and writing a one-star review right away is not one of them. I placed an order on accident and immediately emailed your company notifying them and they said the order has been canceled and refunded. I have still yet to receive a refund. That was on March 3 and it is now March 14! The funds have been accepted and taken out of my account for several days now. I have sent an email on Tuesday and have yet to have a response. Tried calling today and went straight to voicemail saying you guys were closed even though it was during your hours or operation. I’m extremely upset and very dissatisfied with this company! Organic Skin care just replied stating I was refunded which is completely false!!’ No refund has been issued, no money was returned to my account and you will definitely keep hearing from me until it has been. By far the worst company ever!!! Still have not responded to my last email so I will again tell you refund my money.

Hi Shanelle, I email 30 minutes after your first email and 3 times after letting you know the same thing that you was canceled and refunded on the same day of your order was placed. For the 4th time check 03/03/2019 10:35 AM EST that's when your order was canceled and refunded.

I did NOT receive the product I ordered. Very unsatisfied Tracking # provided states delivered 12/17. Don't know where you're getting "scheduled to deliver today". Package still not delivered. Dec 28: FINALLY received my order today. I ordered this on November 27th. I love the product but the delivery service could be improved a lot.

Dont buy here nothing! They take the money and didnt send nothing!!!!!!!!!i called, i wrote 10 tomes. Asked in chat to give the tracking number: no number, no order, no money, nothing!!! My order number is 98994. I paid 400 dollars!! Only one now i can to do. To call in my bank or to go in police. Strange organization! Answer: Sorry, but i am waiting for a 3 days. I asked, i called, i wrote 10 times to you. Nothing. When i wrote here the review, your company gives me an answer after 2 hours. Strange? I am right? Really, please, don’t send anymore to Russia. We dont like when we pay the money and running after the company for a 3 days asking USPS number.As usual all normal company with out any problems gives USPS number after 1 day maximum. Need to improve your service , work with clients instead write here the lie. This is the minus of your work. Instead of any apologise the client is to blame. He had to nervous and looking for a help. You can not just create a shipping label online without actually going to the post office to send any packages to Russia. 3) Spend an hour sending your order. [ Not worth the time, headache or your $$$ ] 4) Thanks to you I will remove your country from ever ordering from our site ever again. Again just not worth it. Enjoy this last order from my company.
