The international shipping was slower than I expected. I ordered about $200 and did not get any sample gifts. These complementary gifts enhance the customer service and I believe it will promote future sales.

Shipping of the product was on time. Unfortunately it is not what I ordered. I received a Prevention + TINTED daily moisturizer but I ordered the Prevention+ Daily moisturizer SPF 30 NOT TINTED.

I received a $25 off coupon through a friend and your site would not honor it. I asked the customer service person twice to help me figure out how to use the coupon and she disconnected the instant message chat. twice.
