Arrived safe and dry excellent.
Arrived safe and dry even out to a remote Hebrdean island. Well packed, all the seeds we had requested. Have purchased from them for over 20 years, so they must be good. Excellent... Thank you all the team that make you special.

After buying very poor grafted plugs…
After buying very poor grafted plugs from Suttons last year, I thought I had found a new supplier.WRONG! Not got the plants yet but when I do I might upgrade my review. It’s up to you.

Website kept emptying basket
Website kept emptying basket. Then managed to complete order and pay, but received no notification of order. Sent email, and informed that there was no order, even though it was present on logging in in my account. After several emails over several days, the matter was resolved and the seeds arrived despite no notification of order or expected delivery

Rotten produce TWICE!
I ordered garlic from the Organic Gardening Catalogue and when it arrived it was rotten, soft and green. I contacted customer service and they agreed to deliver another batch. But when that arrived, it was also rotten, but even worse. When I went back to customer service about this, my options were 1) a refund or 2) essentially 'we'll have another go'. A refund doesn't balance out two consecutive batches of unusable produce, and I do not trust their ability to deliver this product to an acceptable standard. I won't be using them again.

We understand your frustration with receiving two consecutive batches of rotten garlic. It's disappointing to hear that our customer service team was unable to resolve this issue to your satisfaction. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our processes. Kind regards, Ryan, Organic Gardening

The Organic catalogue …
The Organic catalogue is a responsible company which follows careful data protection in its dealings with the customers. The seeds and plants which it sells are of good quality and grow well. Other merchandise such as growing medium trays and pots are of equally good quality. I can recommend them to other gardeners.
