Ordered asparagus crowns & they arrived with 9 out the 10 sprouting, so hopefully all good.
The asparagus crowns arrived quickly and in good condition. Planted the next day, so hopefully they will do well for next year. Only one of the crowns out of ten looked dead, but I've planted it anyway to see if any sign of life.

We're happy to hear the asparagus crowns arrived promptly and in good condition. We appreciate you planting all crowns, even the one that appeared less viable, and hope they all flourish next year. Thanks for your positive feedback!

Very rude and unpleasant service.
Order did not arrive. Most rude Indian man on phone when I called. I'm having to spend energy and time trying to get this dealt with.

We are certainly sorry to hear this, this does not sound like the standard of service we strive to provide and we will ensure this is looked into further. I am pleased to see you have since been in contact with our team and a replacement order was processed straight away. We trust all is well with the items received. Kindest regards, Meg.
