Unnecessary packaging was the only fault
The items arrived quickly and as ordered, but the packaging was excessive. Bags of compost and similar items do not need to be packaged in cardboard boxes. A simple label on the bag would be sufficient. I expect better from an organic gardening company.

Good value
Very good price for the plants and delivered in good condition. The only grip is that the postage cost as much as the plants.
