There was an issue with my order where they didn’t send the entire order, but i contacted customer service and they responded immediately and said they would send the other one. I haven’t gotten it yet but i am hopeful. As for the one I did receive, it is beautiful! Stayed on my ear, and didn’t hurt (so many ear cuffs i have hurt my ear sm) and the packaging was really cute. Yes they are more $$, but honestly pretty good quality and for the packaging too I’m okay with the price. Plus they do BOGO.

Impatiently waiting for my next 2 pairs of Oreylo earrings, and I'm sure I'll love them as I did with my first 2 ! Service is good, so is the quality, but what I like most is definitely the earring's originality, which makes one unique !

Love the quality, pricing, style, delivery, packaging. Except one thing. I cant wear ear buds with this ear piece. Bummer....

The customer service was outstanding. Received the earrings quickly. The quality and design was amazing. I would not hesitate to order from Oreylo again.

I bought a few of their products a couple of months ago and was satisfied with their product, and thought they would make nice gifts for my friends. So i bought three separate orders from them to give as three separate gifts to my friends. Two orders were the same (serpents) and i ordered these separately on purpose because i wanted them to arrive in two separate gift boxes. This was more expensive than buying as a pair (since you can buy their products as a pair or on their own - i chose to buy them on their own) and i was more than happy to pay more if it meant they would arrive in separate boxes. But, they sent these two as a pair in one box so now i can't really give them as gifts. It would've cost me a lot less if i had just bought them as a pair as well. So ultimately i have paid more money for something i could've received cheaper. I have contacted them several times about this issue, but each time they've chosen to ignore me. The quality of their products is ok I guess. Shipping takes much much longer than what they promise. But they don't always send what you order, and their customer service is appalling.

The earrings are beautiful, shipping was super fast, and customer service was prompt and did such a great job helping me with my issue! Definitely recommend!
