item was very cute just as described, but however kept working its way out of my ear within a few hours. I have multiple piercings but whatever hole i put it in it came out after a few hours. i gave it to my sixteen year old who is petite and she had same issue.

Bought earrings a month ago and 2 broken within minutes of daughter wearing them. Have now been replaced following evidence in pictures taken. Thank you for sorting that out.

My wife loved the earrings, so it turned out ok in the end! I ordered 4 pairs on December 11th, and received an email on the 13th that they had shipped and they supplied a tracking number. The link to track the package never worked! So after contacting the company on the 20th, I was given information that it would show up on the 26th!! Ugh!! With some kind of miracle, it showed up on the 24th!! Great!! I didn't open them, I just wrapped the package with Christmas paper. When my wife opened them she loved them!! Although I was a little disappointed to see them loosely piled in the box (in their own separate bags) but able to bounce around during shipping and most of the lower thin stems were bent!! I CAREFULLY had to straighten them, praying that they wouldn't break! Thankfully they didn't. So, my wife was pleased, although it was frustrating for me with the lack of communication and tracking information and the products not being packaged very well.

Items appear well made, and of decent quality. But they took longer to arrive than promised by the company - order said 3-8 days, but it took 15 days. Also, the helix hooks I ordered are a bit smaller than expected, and don't quite fit my ear properly. I wish they offered a larger size to accommodate a wider audience. Overall they are fine and I'll make them work - but there's room for improvement.

I absolutely love the product but they do not fit my ear properly. Bar and hook are too short - maybe I have extra long ears. I can only put the bar through my top piercing (4th hole) so it is not sitting properly. The designs are beautiful.

Ordered 5 as gifts but only received 2 boxes :(
