Impressive design and a great customer service!

First of all, the earrings are outstanding. I have never seen anything so pretty and unique. When I first ordered, one earing was just perfect for me and I get tons of attention and compliments when I wear it. The other one wasn't suitable to my ear shape. I approached customer service and lovely Stephanie decided to send me another one, free of charge, as a goodwill gesture. Of course she let me choose the new design. Thank you so much Stephanie! This was heart warming and beyond my expectations. I would order again for sure.

Great customer service (through instagram) and unique designs!

BEWARE! They have a very poor return policy. Refused to take back 2 earrings that did not fit right and that my daughter didn’t like. I do not recommend buying from them.

I have made a mistake in my order (I didn't see the steps needed for me to add a second earring so as to get it for free, and only ordered one), and I wrote to their customer service team, not expecting an answer, to be honest. To my surprise, they not only answered promptly, but they have also offered me a gift, which was a lovely surprise. The earrings came in a very nice package and are very interesting. I would definitely recommend purchasing one, if you want to stand out.

I accidentally ordered a single in stead of a pair of their earrings. They responded quickly, have confirmed that they are sending the second earring to me at no extra charge. Excellent products and excellent customer service.

Buyer beware, shipping time is outrageous and when it fails they don’t answer customer service emails. The goods never arrived and when I asked for a refund they have ignored me so my bank is getting my money back. I would think carefully before buying from this site.
