I went to O'Reilly's Store on Kemp Blvd in Wichita Falls, TX yesterday. I have a 2000 Ford flatbed truck. I asked the manager to fix me up with a new battery terminal clamp and hydraulic arms to hold my hood up. Not only did he pick out the correct parts he offered to install my new rams. He did so in bout 30 seconds. He then helped me for a minute install my new clamp and I was on my way. We need more people like him and I will be going to this store from now on. His name is Jesse Einhaus.

My name is Mary Gallien with Moran Trucking in Natchitoches, La. I had a driver in Mobile at a plant that needed some clamps to offload his product. I called the nearest O'Reilly's to get some assistance with getting some clamps delivered. I spoke to Eric and Brandy. Brandy helped me get an order done online, walking me step by step.. with parts numbers and getting it paid. I must say the store in Mobile, Al on Schillinger Road is killing it with Customer Service... I so appreciate everything they did for me.. KUDOS to them!!!

The only thing better than getting auto parts that are well made, readily available & competitively priced? Is knowing - without a doubt - that the supplier and their staff(!) have got your back. Even if a mistake is made. Even one from a year ago. 5 Stars all the way to the management and staff at O'Reilly Auto parts on 8966 W Bowles Ave, Littleton, CO 80123 for making it right!

Charlie from the Rome location was the most helpful person I came across. He made it where I’m not only going to be only going to Oreily’s, but I’ll definitely be referring other’s there!

My car died on a very busy day, making me late for work. AAA came but wanted too much for a battery, so I went to work worried about whether it would start in the A.M. Another busy day. So O'Reilly's to the rescue. I got off at 8 P. M. almost hopeless,and I remembered the auto part store just 5 minutes away. I called and they were open to 10 P.M, and my car started, and an hour later I had a dependable battery installed and a bulb in my headlight too. They were the nicest guys, helping an old lady out. I don't even know how to open the hood. Now I am set! Thank you, the men at the Foster and Harlem O'Reillys! And the best part the $ were 2/3 what AAA wanted!

I had a great experience at the Vermillion location. The employees were very nice and helpful, especially Fred. I arrived just before 8 and he still helped me with what we needed for my car and helped with installation. Great store and employees. (:

Fred was so helpful and kind during our visit at Vermillions oreilys location. We arrived 10 minutes before close and he helped us find the correct coolant for our car and even helped us install it. 10/10 would recommend this location. ☺️☺️
