This is for online Murray products. I bought a thermostat housing (water outlet) for a 2004 Mustang. The part arrived on time, but it was not built the way I expected. It had missing holes of aluminum on the inside of the housing and the finish on the inside looked as if it was manufactured halfway instead of looking fresh from the factory without any manufacturer defects. This is the way Murray manufactures their parts apparently. And it is not good enough. I'll buy a more expensive part that isn't junk. I should've listened to all of the reviews on Murray products.

Do NOT Trust Them With Your Vehicle or Life
The Assistant Store manager sold me the wrong fluid for my $100,000 truck, which cost me $250 to repair. The District Manager, Michael Walters, advised me through the Store Manager to have the truck fixed, and they will reimburse me for the costs. I did so. Waited three months, and then the Regional Manager, Chance Alford (who never called me), said that he would fire the store manager if they reimbursed me.
I would not advise anyone to purchase from O'Reilly Parts, as it could literally destroy your vehicle. These people are not honest and do not stand by their word. Very disgraceful!

Doesn't help or value young female customers
Steer clear of this place. I sent my daughter—who’s learning how to take care of her vehicle—to pick up an O‑ring for a dipstick. She walked in fully prepared, with the dipstick and the exact part number in hand. Max, the counter salesperson, told her he “didn’t feel like helping her” and sent her away without even attempting to look it up.
When I called to follow up, Max challenged me to “call corporate” and insisted he doesn’t take parts off cars. I explained again that the dipstick was literally in her hand with the correct part number, and he still dismissed it, laughed, and repeated that I should call corporate. When he said he doesn’t take parts off cars, I asked about batteries, and he added that they only help with the parts they feel like doing.
If a salesperson can’t value their customers—regardless of age or gender—then they don’t deserve our business. I won’t spend another dime here. Advance Auto and other stores consistently go out of their way to help, while this location has an employee who jokes around and refuses to assist a young girl simply because he “doesn’t feel like it.”
Good luck. You’ll need it. I'll never go here again, nor will my friends that all work on cars. we are done with O'Rielly's, thanks Max D.

If i have to call for a price I'm not wasting my time.
If i have to call for a price looking at the website I won't waste my time. Autozone and advance and other auto related stores give you pricing without calling. Last time I ever use O'Reillys.

I called O’Reilly Auto Parts for part #…K6187T
I called O’Reilly Auto Parts for part # MOOG K6187T (Idler Arm) . O’Reilly matched the price and I said I’ll be in. Upon entering the store I asked for the part and someone brought out a Master Pro idler arm. I was just ready to pay when I looked at the box and it said Master Pro. I said I asked for the MOOG. Then , the counter person said that will be more money. I said I specifically made mention of MOOG and the part number to the counter person via the telephone. The manager said he could not match the price given him.
I wasted my time, gas and lost money in not being able to receive the correct part. I filed a document online to O’Reilly and never heard from them. I called also in speaking with Stephanie as she said the district manager would be in touch with me within twenty-four hours. Never heard from anyone, nor did any ever address this issue.
* I can corroborate every word verbatim for all my calls are logged. We shall not be bringing any customer support to O’Reilly. This is the classic bait and switch method. O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks to entrap the unsuspecting. We would not at all recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts: "Inferior parts substituted for genuine O.E.M. parts".
* Pictured is the correct part I did not receive from O'Reilly but purchased at Home Depot in Warwick, a trustworthy store. *Apparently, O'Reilly does not wish to display the correct part, rather only to hide the truth.
* O'Reilly Auto Parts "does not" match prices, rather pretending to do so under false stipulations. Below are the facts.
"Prices For MOOG K6187T"-
O’Reilly : $53.99
Summit Racing: $28.99
Amazon: $23.79
Jegs High performance: $30.99
CARid: $26.99
Home Depot: $23.74
Why would anyone consider or trust O'Reilly Auto Parts, only to be taken advantage of. Think twice people.
