Indeed, our customer service is one of our central values in Ordering. Allow me to reply per point: 1. Integration for a new payment gateway with saving cards features. We have two prices here: - 1499 USD for a new payment gateway with a direct integration without saving card features. - 1999 USD for a new payment gateway with direct integration with saving card features. We explained during our sales calls with our team that you have paid a different fee, and we offered to charge only the difference, also offering a discount on top of it. You refused, unfortunately. 2. Our gift of 4999 USD for a lifetime license so you can continue your business. We find it very sad that you misuse our intention of giving you new technology (including the ReactJS Ordering Website and the new Native Ordering Apps). I, as Founder, have never forced the offer on you. The proposal was gladly taken by your and your team. If you remember well, during a call with one of our best Sales Account Managers (Ernesto Serralde), and while you were sitting in your car in the middle of the night having a video-call with us and with a very emotional tone asking for help, we offered you this, you were glad to accept it. So, we exchanged the problem with the custom work 1499 USD for a value of 5000 USD to help your business, which sounds very rational for every startup. The lifetime license allows you to try another branch in the delivery business, resell the tech, or sell your company. It was a great solution to recover not only your investment but to make extra money. I think that shows that we are on your side. 3. We believe in the extra-mile customer service. We decided without any extra charge to integrate your payment gateway. Also, we have allowed you to keep the new tech (5000 USD), and we have not tried to charge anything extra; in fact, we have been giving you free service all this time. The problem with your payment gateway is that the support of Swish does not speak any other language than Finish. Swish does not offer any type of meeting over video calls, voice calls, or a group in WhatsApp or any other channel, which is very limited in terms of coordination between companies.
