Dear Simon! Thank you for writing this review! Please, be kindly informed that when people make their decisions to initiate a conversation based on the information and pictures in a profile, looks are everything! Therefore our users sometimes use the services of their regional aprtners to hire professional photographers to have the best pictures in their profile. On such pictures you may see the watermark of our website that states for the verification of these ladies and that they were referred to the website by our regional partners. Also, please note that the habits of the members like smoking and weith are to be discribed on the profile to their preferences and are set with sole decisions of the members. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that we do not pay members for communication with other users and prohibit our Regional Partners to do so. If we find out that the user is paid by the Partner for communication on his/her behalf, we fine the Partner and immediately delete the user’s profile. Also, if you wis to investigate why the particular member does not want to exchange contact details please let us know more about this situation at [email protected] and we will do our best to clarify the situation with another member. We would like to change your mind about our platform as well as provide outstanding support services. We are waiting for your reply to the support email address! Best regards, Orchidromance Customer Support

Dear Gary, Thank you for sharing your feedback about the website. Please be informed that our Validated members use our services free of charge, they have other limitations though. To name one, most of the data that the validated members provide, like photos and videos have to be verified with their ID's and personal interviews before registration, so we believe that there are no fake profiles on our site. In addition, please note that we work according to the IMBRA Act of 2005, and the Contact Exchange procedure is established with these requirements. Hence, the Validated member isn't able to make the request for contact details, because according to the IMBRA law you have to fill out the form and provide us with documents. The user should read the form and give the go-ahead before sending her contact information to you. We do not monitor the private correspondence between our members for security reasons, but if the member tries to send the prohibited content, our system can block it automatically. Therefore, please, make sure to follow the rules of the platform you are referring to in your complaint (Terms of Use (para.4)). We care for every customer and go to a great length to make sure that all members follow the rules. Nevertheless, if you have some additional questions about the contact exchange procedure or any other questions, please contact us at [email protected] We are always available for our members 24/7 and ready to help. Best Regards, Support Team OrchidRomance

Dear Roy, Thank you for sharing your feedback about the website. We may assure you that we ask our members to complete the verification procedure and confirm their identity: before the registration on the website they have to provide their background information and also a verification video, where they confirm that they want to be members of our website. Once the Moderation team receives such information, the member's profile becomes verified, meaning there is a Verified Member sign. We give all the members an opportunity to initially reach another member that they are interested in. As for the context of the messages, apparently, some members can use the phrases that they found on the Internet in order to catch your attention. Nevertheless, if you have any doubts regarding any member on the site, you always can contact us back via [email protected], and provide details of the situation, and we will look into this matter. We are always available for our members 24/7 and ready to help. Best Regards, Support Team OrchidRomance

Dear Donovan, We have received your review and would like to clarify some details you mentioned. Please be kindly noted, that our website is completely legitimate, as we work in accordance with international law. Also, we carefully approve all the users to be registered on our website. Our users’ profiles are not confirmed unless we verify their ID and background. Our regional partners make sure that there are no bogus profiles, that the user you look at in the profile pictures is the person you are corresponding with (such profiles have a label "Validated member"). Also, we make sure as much as we are able to that the user is single and interested in communication with other members of the platform. We require to see photo IDs of all our Validated Members. In case a member gives rise to our suspicion, we may take additional steps to verify the profile. We'd like to draw your attention to that we cannot force the members to choose the specific way of communication, like a phone or video call, it can be only personal choice of a particular member. It works the same way with contact details - once your request for contact details is approved, an email address will be provided by default, the phone number can be provided only per users' decision - we have no influence on it. Also, we do not pay the members for communication and prohibit our Regional Partners to do so. If we find out that the user is paid by the Partner for communication on their behalf, we fine the Partner and immediately delete the member's profile. Should you have any additional questions, please reach us via [email protected] Best regards, OrchidRomance Customer Support
