Thank you so much for the incredible and detailed review, Mike! We’re truly happy to hear that the lighting system gave you the exact clean and seamless look you were aiming for. At Orbisify, we focus heavily on creating ultra-thin LED lighting solutions that integrate smoothly into cabinetry, shelving, and architectural projects while maintaining a modern, almost invisible appearance. It’s also fantastic to hear that the 4000K lighting, silicone diffuser, and aluminum profile delivered the bright, even, and dot-free illumination you wanted. Creating complete under cabinet lighting kits with all required installation components — including drivers, sensors, switches, and cabling — is something we care deeply about because we know how important a smooth installation experience is for both professionals and DIY customers. Thank you again for choosing Orbisify and for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We truly appreciate your support and hope you continue enjoying your lighting setup for many years to come! – Orbisify Support Team

Hello, We take reviews and customer feedback very seriously, which is why we attempted multiple times to identify and investigate the order connected to this review. Unfortunately, despite extensive internal review, we were unable to locate any matching order information, customer communication, shipment record, or support interaction associated with the details provided here. We would also like to clarify that Orbisify does provide customer support through multiple channels, including live chat, email support, and direct communication with our support team. The statement that customers only have access to “AI chat” does not accurately reflect our support process or customer experience. At Orbisify, we are always willing to investigate and resolve legitimate order issues when customers provide sufficient order information so our team can assist properly. However, in this particular case, we were unable to verify the authenticity of the claimed transaction despite repeated attempts during the review investigation process. We remain committed to providing high-quality LED lighting products, responsive support, and professional service for all verified customers and projects. – Orbisify Support Team

Hello John, We’re sorry to hear that the standard configuration did not match your specific installation needs, and we would like to provide some clarification for future customers reviewing this feedback. Our under cabinet lighting systems are modular and customizable lighting kits designed for a wide range of cabinetry and architectural lighting projects. Depending on the project layout, compatible light bars can often be powered together through a shared transformer and control system, which is a common configuration used to simplify installation and reduce unnecessary hardware. For projects involving multiple independent rooms, zones, or separately controlled lighting areas, additional transformers, dimmers, or switches may be required depending on the installation design and customer preference. Because every project layout is different, our support team regularly helps customers configure the correct setup before and after purchase. We also want to clarify that our lighting kits do include the required components for standard operation, but larger or custom multi-zone projects may require additional accessories depending on how the system is intended to be installed. At Orbisify, we continuously work to improve product explanations, setup documentation, and customer guidance to help ensure every customer receives the best lighting configuration for their project. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward. – Orbisify Support Team

Hello Jason, We’re sorry to hear that you remained dissatisfied with your experience, and we would like to provide additional clarification regarding this order for future customers reviewing this feedback. Our shelving and under cabinet lighting systems are modular LED lighting kits designed so that multiple compatible fixtures can safely operate from shared transformers and control systems depending on the installation layout. This is a very common configuration used in cabinetry, shelving, and architectural lighting projects to simplify installation and reduce unnecessary hardware. We do understand that your specific installation involved multiple separate rooms and independently powered zones, which created a different requirement than the standard configuration included with the system. During the support process, our team remained in communication and provided additional assistance, including sending extra transformers and components in an effort to help accommodate the project requirements and ensure the system could be completed successfully. We also want to clarify for future customers that projects involving separate rooms, independently controlled areas, or custom configurations may require additional transformers, switches, dimmers, or accessories beyond the standard shared-power setup. Customers can always contact our live chat support team, email support, or include installation notes during checkout so our team can help configure the ideal system before shipment. At Orbisify, we continuously work to improve setup guidance, compatibility explanations, and customer communication so every customer receives the most appropriate lighting configuration for their project needs. We appreciate the feedback and wish you the best moving forward. – Orbisify Support Team
