Orant NeonReviews of orantneon.com

Sign is not backlit as it looks in the picture. If you attempt to add a backlight, the cord that is running down the middle in the back shows through the light. Disappointing.

my businesses have ordered 3 neon signs from Orant....fast ship time and excellent product & customer service !!!

Orant did a great job converting our graphic to neon. They answered all my questions and were friendly and timely in doing so. Lastly, the product was affordable and exceeded our expectations.

The customer service was outstanding. They stayed in contact with me until I received my sign. The sign was done perfectly. They contacted me after I received my sign to make sure everything was to my expectations and it was working properly and not damaged. I give 5 stars. Excellent product.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. I am a single mother starting a business and ordered my business sign via this company. The mock up I was sent looked nothing like original and my sign was broken and did not light up. You could not even read my business name it was translucent. I begged for a refund and they bait and switched me to send more money to get my business name lit up. They stated no refunds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I am mortified. I have no sign and spent a lot of money.

We ordered a sign for our miniature golf course and it turned out amazing. I used AI to design a logo and then sent it to Orant. It turned out perfect and only took about two weeks to arrive.

We recently ordered a sign for our business and when it arrived there was an error and had to be reworked. Daisy and the Orant Neon team jumped all over it quickly and we had a new sign very quickly. We love the sign and always felt like the Orant Neon team had our back the entire process. Thank You!

The team at Orant Neon were helpful from the start. They had everything needed to begin the project, like the logo artwork, the art description, and the size dimensions. The mockup artwork that they've shown to me on email was exactly what I wanted for my sign to look. I appreciated the discount that they've given me as well as their patience and time. I'm happy with what I have received. The shipping time was really fast, too. Overall, they're a good company to invest in when it comes to promoting your product. For me, it's my podcast. I wanna get the word out. Orant Neon is an absolute 100.
