Great customer service

Super-fast delivery and we get so many compliments on the new sign; we have ordered from you guys three times now and I will totally order from you again!!

Extremely dissatisfied with the product design. Despite your companies, defense of it quality. After looking into your company, I see there’s many many other dissatisfied customers for the same reason. I was definitely not satisfied with what your company called a resolution.

I ordered the outdoor sign. I installed it with the pitiful hardware provided. It worked for a few months but the lights quit working. Also the plastic was quickly turning yellow and becoming brittle as it cracked in multiple places. I contacted Orant but they just made excuses. For an outdoor sign, this was a complete wasted of money. I’m out not only the sign cost but installation as well. Now I’ve got to spend money to have it taken down. It looks like it’s 20 years old and it’s not even a year old. Garbage.

I really liked the sign we purchased from Orant Neon, but the power supply only lasted about 15 months. The website boasts a 2-year warranty, but I was informed via email that the power supply was only covered for 6-months. Feel a little mislead by the company.

The sign I received does not match the mock up I approved. I received quotes from three different companies for this sign and went with this company due to the mock up they sent me (which was great). We communicated only over text until the invoice was sent via email. I paid the invoice expecting to receive the sign I approved. When I received it today, there are big portions that do not light up at all. They keep telling me that they created it exactly as I approved it. But I have pictures of what I sent the originally, the mock up that I approved, and the sign I received. IT DOES NOT MATCH. I paid $500 for a 25x25 inch sign and would like to receive what I paid for.

What wonderful company to work with. They are fast, attentive, and really respond to every email right away, even in the middle of the night. Amazing job.

What a great product and experience and we couldn’t be happier with the signs. When I say 5 Star service that’s an understatement. Ms. Marie was the sales representative and she kept us informed on the timelines and shipping. And speaking of shipping it was packed and padded for protection to survive in combat. Again thank you all for such an AMAZING product.
