Orant NeonReviews of orantneon.com

Responsive customer service. Great finished product.

I found Orant online looking for custom LED signs. I submitted my sign design through the website. Super easy. I was contacted within 24 hours to get some details about what I truly wanted. We also discussed products that were within my budget. Orant suggested a size that fit & shortly after received the first proof image. Orant took my comments about the design and changed them within 24 hrs. We approved the proofs, paid for the sign, & received the sign approximately 1 week later. Sign was package appropriately with no damage. Sign came with LED remote that control light patterns, brightness & power. Pros: Ease of product ordering Great customer service Multiple methods of communication Cons None at this time.

Quick mock up, great communication, and our sign looks amazing! We will definitely be returning soon for another project!

Steve helped me get my signs designed to my liking quickly and efficiently! They came in decent time through the mail and in great condition. The signs all worked and were accurate to size. I have bought 7 55in signs and will continue to buy through orant neon.

I ordered a sign to go in a canteen. After reviewing the mock-up, I asked for a slight modification and received a new mock-up quickly. Once I placed the order, the sign arrived quickly and met all expectations.

They matched my design perfectly. Great qualty and great turn around time. Im very happy with my sign.

I ordered the sign w/ some reservation that it would be well built and look & operate as they described. Received it in the time I was told it would be. Happy to say It looks great, well built (IMO, considering the price) so I am very pleased 4 stars
