Orant NeonReviews of orantneon.com

Add my name to the list of satisfied customers. I asked Orant to replicate a silly drawing my brother had made thirty years ago - but, re-do it as a cool lighted wall hanging. I liked their initial proposal ... but I had a couple suggestions. The next day I received a new mock-up: exactly what I wanted. I placed my order. Two weeks to the day, it arrived at my home in California. It is lighter than I expected - it's all plastic I think, which is just fine. The finished product looks exactly like the proposal piece, and I couldn't be happier. The price quote I received was higher than others I've seen, but my piece was more complicated I think and I didn't mind one bit.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Easy to work with. Honest. Fair. The sign came out exactly as I asked and then some. Shipped fast. Well packaged. I will, and have recommended this company. If you order from these guys you will not be disappointed. I love my sign!

Ordered a sign for our business and it was outstanding. The entire process went smooth and as promised. The sign came it quicker than expected and was packed very well. The sign is beautiful and well made. We will definitely order again! Great job!

Received my neon sign and I was blown away. 5 stars for sure. Johnny was great and super helpful. Would highly recommend!

The entire process went so smooth. Great packaging and delivery in less than two weeks too! The neon sign will look amazing in front of my niece's DJ booth.. Thanks to the entire team couldn't have asked for anything better.

The product itself and effective communication were top notch! Special shoutout and huge thank you to Miley who helped me with my purchase and was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. My only advice for improvement would be the delivery process. My product did take over a month to finally get to me. However, Miley continued communicating any and all updates that she received or retrieved.

This sign is completely awesome!!! The communication with the company was so wonderful, detailed and prompt!!! Very very happy!!!! The quality of the product is top notch. I LOVE the ability to dim the sign on about 16 different levels. The color and detail is spot on!!! They send you a proof prior to purchase for approval. This is worth every penny!!!!

I am skeptical of Facebook adds as I have had bad experiences in the past. I ordered a custom neon sign from Orant Neon and they worked with me to agree on the sign they designed for me. They were a pleasure to work with! I received the sign earlier than expected and it came out PERFECT!!!! Love my new sign!!!!!
