I see that Oral-B does not respond to these reviews, so they probably have no interest in customer reviews. I have had two Oral-B electric tooth brushes in the past and I have always been happy with them. I recently purchased a new one from my local Supermarket, the Pro 3 3000, all my previous brushes have had a good rubber grip, but the new one does not and is smooth, it slips out of my 67-year-old hand when it gets wet. Poor design. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt so I will have to persevere with it. Unhappy pensioner.

got an electric toothbrush for christmas. didn't come with a charger and died during first use. effectively have a piece of garbage asking me to spend more money. Oral B can rot

I should read the reviews before buying . I bought an expensive toothbrush , they didn’t deliver it and they are not doing anything about it yet. I will need to go to small disputes

Schlechtester Kundenservice! Erst konnte das Paket von Hermes nach 2 Versuchen nicht zugestellt werden, es wurde eine Ersatzlieferung geschickt, wieder das gleiche, woraufhin ich die Sendung storniert habe. Wir sind bereits bei 6 Wochen seit Bestell-/Bezahldatum und es ist noch immer keine Rückerstattung auf meinem Konto eingegangen .. Ich empfinde das als eine bodenlose Frechheit bei einer so etablierten Marke!

This toothbrush is simply too powerful. It shreds my gums and practically strips the enamel off my teeth. Whoever designed it must have wood teeth and concrete gums. It’s going back.

Mieser, langsamer Shop-Kundenservice. Wochenlanges hin und her bei Rückerstattung. Oral-B ist als Produkt schon OK. Nur ist der Shop, betrieben von „The Hut“, einfach schlecht. Nachdem das erste Paket nicht ankam und ich mangels Zeit woanders kaufte und um Erstattung bat, erhielt ich dennoch ein weiteres. Das wurde OVP retourniert. Seit >3Wo nach Eingang der Retoure (und 6 Wo. nach Zahlung…) immer noch keine Erstattung, nur hinhalten. Habe nun Paypal einschalten müssen. Einfach nur mies.
